At 3X Motion, we see the transportation industry as one of our core markets.  We manufacture coolant pumps which are ideal for demanding applications such as battery thermal management.  Our pumps cover a wide range of sizes, from just a few litres per minute, suitable for a very small vehicle, to the 200 or more litres per minute needed for a large commercial vehicle.

Battery thermal management systems maintain the temperature of a battery within an efficient operating range.  If the battery becomes too hot, it can easily be damaged and if too cold, it's output will be poor.

• Our pumps are designed to operate from -40 to 100 degrees centigrade, which is ideal for start up from very low storage temperatures.
