SEAL-LESS PUMPS

At 3X Motion, we have a range of seal-less pumps with brushless motors.  Being seal-less, our pumps do not have all the problems associated with pump seals.

These pumps have many applications.  They have been designed with cooling systems in mind and are compatible with glycol based anti freeze systems as used in cooling applications in buses, other commercial vehicles and cars.  These are especially common for battery thermal management and are equally applicable to the battery systems in uninteruptible power supplies so commonly used in hospitals and for major IT systems.

We manufacture versions which offer variable PWM speed control and we also offer versions with simpler constant speed control.  Variable speed control is ideal for applications such as cooling systems where the aim is to maintain a really consistent temperature.  On/off constant speed control is simpler and might be used for applications where the requirements are simpler.

Our patented double ended pump offers two pumps in one housing with fully independent control.  This offers a compact fully controllable unit, ideal for mixing applications in thermal management, paint processing and many other applications.
